In addition to the compensation survey programs, the MBA is hosting a Human Resources Roundtable September 16-17, 2010 in Dallas, Texas. Open to both residential and commercial mortgage lenders and servicers, this one-and-a-half day interactive workshop offers a unique opportunity for participants to learn from industry experts and their peers as we discuss the latest in compensation and human resource trends and practices.
